Received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at MSU Bozeman, MT in 2006. He has worked as a project engineer on multiple high-profile projects over the course of the last decade. His experience in civil engineering, land development, water and sewer systems, construction, inspection and permitting has given him an incredible advantage on all phases of a development project. From start to finish Phill has provided the expertise and knowledge that is necessary when managing large projects.
